Baby Is Home!
So since May of 2008, I have not been with my motorcycle.
After the wreck just after memorial day, I and my bike were under repairs and healing respectively.
It took some time, waiting for parts, discovering the additional things that were wrong as the mechanics went deeper into the bike during restoration, etc. but in the end…she was done and ready to come home.
Unfortunately I was in the middle of business travel when it was ready but we took care of it an she arrived this afternoon.
Both Lynn and I are excited.
I will say I was apprehensive throwing a leg over, but I and the bike were back like nothing happend and sitting on the bike was simply wonderful.

I've been riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles since I was 19....I'm originally from Jamaica, raised in New York City and now call Anchorage, Alaska home. While I'm a H-D "enthusiast" I am not one of those...um...people who somehow believe that Harley's are the be-all-end-all motorcycle or that I'm a better "American" by buying HD.
